At Arkeo Novus, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Earrings and intimate apparel
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards and digital products

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If you need a different size or style, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
